Our Haunted Pram has a story all of its own...

Our Haunted Pram has a history all of its own and it's a dark tale of sadness, separation and ghosts...

We bought the pram on Ebay - we needed something to transport our props for our Ghost Walks and this seemed to fit the bill perfectly.

The pram arrived and we popped it into our garage for safe keeping. The next morning I went outside to get the pram so we could see how everything was going to work using it...to my complete surprise the pram was sitting on the lawn outside the garage. We had no idea how it got out of the locked garage (the garage doors were still locked)

When things like this happen you say to yourself that there must be a logical explanation. We let the incident go but about a week later whilst I was in the garden clearing away bits and bobs the pram, which was sitting in our courtyard, started to move all by itself...I could see it out of the corner of my eye as I bent down to sweep. I didn't turn around but busied myself whilst trying to keep the pram in my field of vision to see what was going on.

We have a tartan sheet among other things in the pram as props...the tartan sheet was being dragged out of the pram and was sliding onto the ground. I couldn't see anything weighing on it, no one was there to pull at it. It was very unsettling and again, I have no real explanation for it happening.

We were recently contacted by the person we bought the haunted pram from....apparently the story is...the pram was saved from a fire that burned the owners house to the ground. The family who lived in the ill fated house had twin girls and this was their doll's pram. No one knows if the twins perished in the fire along with the rest of the family...they've never been seen since the fire...

This news gave us such a fright...was it the ghosts of the twin girls coming back to claim their toy?

Was it safe for us to still use the pram? We figured it should be fine as long as we keep an eye on the pram during walks.

We like to ask a young person who is doing the walk with us to push the pram during the walk - this can be a good idea but on some walks we've had that child too scared to push it... they say a low voice whispers in their ear 'Get lost...' It's almost as if the twins don't want anyone else playing with their pram...

tHE HAUNTED PRAM ISN'T
ALWAYS ON ITS BEST BEHAVIOUR
THE HAUNTED PRAM MOVES ALL BY ITSELF
IF THE HAUNTED PRAM STARTS
MOVING BY ITSELF...

WE HAVE TO ASK IT TO STOP...
